Reso provides tools for booking management, expense tracking, and marketing automation.

2. No Guarantee of Business Results

We do not guarantee revenue growth, bookings, or business outcomes.

3. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for all data entered
• You must comply with all applicable laws
• You must not misuse customer information

4. Messaging & WhatsApp Usage

You are fully responsible for:

• All messages sent
• Spam complaints or bans
• Compliance with WhatsApp policies

We are not liable for WhatsApp bans or message failures.

5. Downtime Disclaimer

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur.

6. Financial Data Disclaimer

Reports and balance sheets are for reference only. We are not liable for financial decisions made using the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Reso be liable for:

• Loss of revenue or bookings
• Data inaccuracies
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Force Majeure

Reso shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance of its services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, fires)
• Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Power outages
• Cyberattacks or infrastructure failures
• Third-party service disruptions (including hosting providers, messaging services such as WhatsApp, or payment gateways)
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
• Civil unrest, war, or strikes

During such events, service availability may be impacted, delayed, or temporarily suspended. Reso shall make reasonable efforts to restore services as soon as possible but does not guarantee recovery timelines. By using the service, you acknowledge and accept that such interruptions may occur and that Reso shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from such events.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and protect Reso from any legal claims arising from your use.

10. Termination

We may suspend accounts without notice for violations or risk.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law.
