Is Reso really free to try?
Yes. New accounts get a 30-day free trial and you do not need a card. After the trial the account is locked until you renew with Premium, which is ₹5,300 a year. See pricing.
Is listing my stay free?
Yes. There is no listing fee and no booking commission. Your page on Reso Stays comes with every Reso account, with Call and WhatsApp buttons. Booking requests from guests need Premium. How listing works.
My stay is already on Reso Stays. Can I claim it?
If the page is marked Not verified, yes. Fill in the claim form and we review it by hand and reply by email. Once approved, the page is marked Verified. How to claim your page.
Is my guests' data safe?
Reso stores bookings, guest details and ID photos on Google Firebase. Google says it encrypts data in transit and at rest, and each property can only reach its own records. No service can promise zero risk. Read the details.
Can I use Reso on an iPhone?
Yes, as a web app. Open app.resoapp.in in Safari and add it to your Home Screen. There is no App Store app yet. Android users can get the app on Google Play. Step-by-step guide.
Does Reso send WhatsApp messages automatically?
No. Reso writes the message for you and opens it in your own WhatsApp, and you tap send. It goes out one guest at a time, from your own number, so guests see a message from you and not from a bulk sender.
Does Reso connect to Booking.com, Airbnb or my agent?
Not yet. Reso does not sync with other booking sites. When a booking comes from Booking.com, Airbnb or an agent, you add it in Reso and mark where it came from. Reso then blocks those dates so you do not double-book through your own booking page.
Does Reso make GST invoices?
Yes. You can make GST invoices and non-GST bills, mark each one B2B or B2C, and Reso splits the tax as CGST and SGST or as IGST by state. It also exports GSTR-1 CSV files for your accountant. Reso does not file returns or advise on rates, so check with your CA.
Do guests pay online?
No. Guests send a booking request with their dates and the room is held for 30 minutes while you reply. They pay you at the property, and Reso Stays takes no booking commission.
Is the app available in Malayalam?
Not yet. The app is in English, in simple words. This website has a Malayalam page, and you can type guest names and notes in Malayalam inside the app.
