Run a few rooms without the register
A homestay or houseboat is often run by the owner and family, between guests and everything else. You need to see what is free, confirm a booking quickly and know who still owes you money. Reso does that from your phone.
- See what's free. The calendar shows every room by day. A room that is taken cannot be booked again.
- Confirm on WhatsApp. Reso writes the confirmation with dates, room and balance. It opens in your WhatsApp and you tap send.
- Track advances. Record the advance and see the pending amount on every booking.
- Keep guest details. Phone, address and ID proof photo stay with the booking.
- Make a bill. A GST bill or a simple bill, as a PDF, in a few taps.
A free page for your homestay
List your stay on Reso Stays at no cost and share the link or QR code. If you do not have a website, this one-page site can be it: your photos, rooms and prices, and Call and WhatsApp buttons. Guests can send you their dates, and you confirm or decline. There is no booking commission and guests pay you at the property. See how listing works, or claim a page that is already there.

Villas, cottages and houseboats
Add each room, cottage or houseboat as its own unit with a capacity, amenities and base price. Set seasonal rates for peak months. If a villa has rooms inside it, booking the whole villa blocks the rooms.
Check-in and check-out times are optional, so you can note a boarding time when it matters.
Bring your guests back
A guest who loved your homestay is your best next booking. Reso keeps every guest and gives you ready messages to invite them back, wish them a happy birthday and ask for a Google review. See the marketing tools.
Bookings from other sites and agents
Reso does not sync with Booking.com, Airbnb or agents. Add those bookings yourself and mark where they came from. Reso then blocks the dates, so your own booking page never offers a room that is already taken.
