Questions about listing.
Is it free to list my stay?
Yes. There is no listing fee and no booking commission. Your page comes with every Reso account, including the 30-day free trial. Guests can call or WhatsApp you from it. Booking requests through the page need Premium.
Do I get a website?
You get a free one-page website for your stay: your own link, photos, rooms and prices, and contact buttons. It is a page on Reso Stays, so it does not have your own domain name, and it is not a full website builder.
My stay is already on Reso Stays. What do I do?
If the page is marked Not verified, you can claim it. A page published from the Reso app is already yours and already Verified.
Will my page show up on Google?
Pages are in our sitemap and marked up so search engines can read them, but nobody can promise where Google will show a page. A new page can also take some time to appear.
Is it instant booking?
No. A guest sends a request with their name, phone, dates and number of guests. The room is held for 30 minutes while you confirm or decline.
Do guests pay online?
No. Guests pay you at the property.
Can I show photos and prices?
Yes. Add up to 12 photos for the property and 4 for each room, and set the online price for each room per stay, per day or per person, with seasonal rates.
Does the page show reviews?
Not yet. Reso Stays does not show reviews or ratings today. You can collect Google reviews with the marketing tools.
