What a resort needs from its software
Many resorts begin with a paper register, an Excel sheet and a WhatsApp group. That works until two guests are promised the same room, a balance goes uncollected, or your CA asks for last quarter's GST bills. Good resort software fixes those three problems without needing a front-office team.

Villas with rooms inside
If a villa has several rooms, book the whole villa and its rooms are blocked automatically. Book one room and the villa shows as unavailable.
Signal drops in the hills
Bookings and bills saved without internet are kept on the phone and sync when the signal returns. Publishing your booking page needs internet.
Seasonal and changing staff
Add a staff member with their email and give them a role. Only the admin manages employees and property details.
