Do I need a card to start?
No. New accounts get 30 days free with no card.
What happens after the 30 days?
The account is locked until you renew with Premium. Your staff are locked out too, because they follow your plan.
How do I pay for Premium?
Message us on WhatsApp, call +91 62355 17050 or email support@resoapp.in. We will set up Premium on your account. There is no payment inside the app yet.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable except in the cases listed in the refund policy, such as a duplicate or wrong charge. That is why we give you 30 days to try Reso first.
Is there a limit on bookings, rooms or staff?
The app does not set a limit on bookings, rooms or staff. If you run several properties or a large team, message us and we will help you set it up.
Does the free trial include the Reso Stays page?
Yes. Your page on Reso Stays goes live with Call and WhatsApp buttons, and there is no listing fee. Guests can send booking requests through it once you are on Premium.
Do the marketing tools cost extra?
No. They are included with your account at no extra charge, on the trial and on Premium. Reso itself is free for 30 days, then ₹5,300 a year.
