Some pages were added by Reso from public information and are marked Not verified. If one is yours, claim it. If something is wrong, ask us to correct or remove it.
Claiming is free. We review every request by hand.
How to claim your page.
- Find your page
Search for your stay on Reso Stays. On a Not verified page, tap Is this your property? Or open the claim form and type your stay's name.
- Open the claim form
Choose I own or manage this property and want to claim the page. Your property is already selected.
- Tell us who you are
Add your name, your email and, if you like, your phone number. In the note, say how you are connected to the property.
- We check and reply
We review it by hand and reply by email. When we approve it, your page is marked Verified.
There is no document upload, so the note is how we check. If you have a GST number or business registration, add it there. We use your details only to review your request.
What claiming does, and what it doesn't.

- Your page is marked Verified.
- Travellers can see that the page is really yours.
- It costs nothing and takes no commission.

Want guests to book you directly?
Publish your own page from the Reso app. You choose the photos, rooms and prices, and guests can send booking requests.
Listing is free. Booking requests need Premium. Not sure which route is right? Message us on WhatsApp.
Wrong details, or want it removed?
Use the same form and choose Please correct or remove this page. Tell us what should change. We review it by hand. If we approve a removal, the page is deleted.
Claim questions.
Does it cost anything to claim my page?
No. Reso Stays has no listing fee and takes no booking commission.
How long does a claim take?
We review every request by hand and reply to the email you give us. We do not promise a set time, and nothing on the page changes until we have replied.
What changes once my claim is approved?
The page is marked Verified, so travellers can see it is really yours.
Can I edit a claimed page myself?
Not yet. Claimed pages cannot be edited by their owners. To control your photos, rooms and prices, publish your own page from the Reso app.
Can guests send booking requests to a claimed page?
No. A page we added shows Call and WhatsApp buttons only. Booking requests need a page you publish from the Reso app, on Premium.
My stay uses Reso already. Can I claim it?
You do not need to. A page published from the Reso app is already Verified and is managed in the app.
What if the details are wrong, or I want the page removed?
Use the same form and choose Please correct or remove this page. We review it by hand. If we approve a removal, the page is deleted.
